German Word of the Week

I've had a great day so far. Playing mini-golf, dropping ice creams cones, killing people on Halo: Altogether quite fun.

This word of the week is 'date'. I did all these fun things on a date while a lot of my friends here are at girls camp. If I were them, I'd envy me for being able to go out and then back in again with air conditioning.

Real Life Angry Birds

My mom just got Angry Birds on her iPad and she's not sure what it is, maybe I should show her this.

I just wish I had been there to party it up.

German Word of the Week

Is anyone excited for Harry Potter and the Deathly Hallows Part II!?

Or should I say, is anyone NOT excited? It's the last movie. And for the same reason, I'm sad. No more new Harry Potter after this.

This weeks german word is wizard. Personally, I think it sounds a bit cooler in english. But of course, the fact that this word is german, still makes it cool. Super psyched for tomorrow. It'll be ausgezeichnet!

Spa Night!

I love giving my a nice spa treatment every now and then. My favorite part is the masks, I'm always looking for new recipes. The last one I tried was a chocolate mask with Super Shilo. Needless to say, it's my favorite by far.

Super Shilo will probably be wearing this facial expression when she sees this picture. Love you girl mean it!

We did eat a little bit of it, but not off faces. Ew!

My next adventure with masks involves an orange and cornmeal.

Sleepy Dog

You know how some people talk in their sleep? Well, my dog does that.

I always knew that he snored, but, the other night, things were a bit different. During Cobi's NREM cycle,  his little body started twitching and kicking and this little wimp/bark came from his mouth. I was freaked out. I thought he was scared or even dying before I noticed he was asleep. I've got a quirky dog.

German Word of the Week

I feel like all I post is german. All well!
This week I'll just let you in on my day. Well, I went to the movies with one of my favorite people. (Sorry girls, it was my mom.) Then I got a book and some CD's at Target. Now I should totally be getting ready for tomorrow.

Autoreise


That's means 'road trip'. I'm going on a road trip tomorrow morning. Seven hours in a car. That's what the CD's and the book is for. Hopefully I won't get too bored.  But I'm super nervous for what comes after the trip. I'm going to see my friends from New Hampshire and I haven't seen them in almost FIVE years. So I'm probably in for a surprise at how they've grown up, and so are they.
